How delivery works when you shop on Tijaar (Pakistan & Pakistan).
Who Ships My Order?
Tijaar is a marketplace. Sellers ship orders themselves (or through their chosen courier). Shipping cost, speed, and coverage (e.g. Pakistan, Pakistan, international) are set by each seller and shown on the product page and at checkout. You can see the seller's shipping policy on their store profile.
Delivery Areas
Sellers may ship within Pakistan, within Pakistan, or to other regions. The product page and checkout will show whether delivery is available to your address. If you're unsure, message the seller before ordering.
Delivery times vary by seller and location—typically from a few days to 1–2 weeks. Some sellers offer express shipping for an extra fee.
Tracking & Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, the seller may add a tracking number to the order. You can view status and tracking (when available) in My Account → Orders. If you don't see updates or your order is late, contact the seller first; our support team can help if the issue isn't resolved.
Free Shipping & Costs
Some sellers offer free shipping above a minimum order value. Otherwise, shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and the seller's rates. All applicable charges are shown before you pay. If you have a question about shipping cost for a specific product, message the seller.
