Your satisfaction matters. Here is how returns and refunds work on Tijaar.

General Policy

Tijaar is a multi-seller marketplace. Return and refund terms are set by each seller. Before buying, check the product page and the seller's return policy. We encourage all sellers to offer fair return windows (e.g. 7–30 days) for defective or wrongly shipped items.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, contact the seller through your order page. Most sellers will offer a replacement or refund. If you cannot resolve the issue, you may open a dispute and our team will help mediate.

Return Window

The return window (e.g. 7, 14, or 30 days from delivery) is shown on the product or seller profile. Returns must usually be requested within this period. Keep your order confirmation and any photos of the issue; they help when contacting the seller or opening a dispute.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Go to My Account → Orders and open the order.
  2. Click Request Return or Contact Seller and describe the issue.
  3. If the seller approves, they will provide return instructions (address, label if applicable).
  4. Ship the item back as instructed. Refunds are typically processed after the seller receives and confirms the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take a few business days depending on your bank or wallet.

Non-returnable items

Some items (e.g. perishables, personalized goods) may be non-returnable. This will be stated on the product page. If you have a problem with such an item (e.g. wrong or defective), still contact the seller—they may offer a partial refund or replacement.
