Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click Sign Up and enter your email. Verify your account and you can start shopping or selling.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.
Buying
How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, go to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, and confirm. You'll get an order confirmation by email.
How can I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders and open your order to see status and tracking (when provided by the seller).
What payment methods are accepted?
We support card payments, wallet, and other methods depending on your region. Options appear at checkout.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
Go to Sellers, then Become a Seller (or Create Store). Complete registration and verification to start listing.
How do I add products?
In your seller dashboard, go to Products → Add Product. Add title, images, description, price, and variants.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed according to your account settings. Check Payouts in your seller dashboard for schedule and history.
Returns & Shipping
What is your return policy?
Each seller sets their own return policy. Check the product page and seller profile. We also have a general Returns & Refunds page.
Who pays for shipping?
Shipping cost and free-shipping thresholds are set by each seller. You see the cost at checkout.
Safety & Support
Are sellers verified?
Yes. We verify seller identity and store details. Look for the verified badge on stores and products.
How do I contact support?
Use Contact Us for general help. For order issues, message the seller first from your order page; escalate via Disputes if needed.
